As a resident, he can handle the following for you:

• Parcel delivery (specific expensive items can be requested on demand to be looked after by him).

• Site maintenance queries

• Temporary parking requests

• Intercom setup requests

• General queries about the site

He may not be sat at reception throughout the entire day. He will be patrolling the site or attending other activities.

Pete's working schedule varies by day to allow for sufficient early start/late finishes for residents to visit him. You can ask him specifically  or visit reception to see his schedule.
