๐ LOST A FOB?๐
This process can be carried out by either the resident or owner of the property.
1. Email Omnia HelpDesk (helpdesk@omniapropertygroup.com), stating:
Your flat number.
All reference numbers on the other fobs you own. This is etched onto the metal part (image below).
2. Omnia will respond with some bank details and a payment reference.
Pay in ยฃ30.00 for the replacement cost of a fob.
Once cleared, Omnia will reach out to directors/receptionist.
3.ย New fob will be issued.
Receptionist or a director will reach out and arrange the best time to meet and pass over the fob.
Lost fob will be de-activated.
โFOB IDENTIFIERโ
WANT AN EXTRA FOB?
This process can only be carried out by the owner of the property.
1. Email Omnia HelpDesk (helpdesk@omniapropertygroup.com), stating:
Your flat number.
2. Omnia will respond with some bank details and a payment reference.
Pay in ยฃ30.00 for the cost of a new fob.
Once cleared, Omnia will reach out to directors/receptionist.
3.ย New fob will be issued.
Receptionist or a director will reach out and arrange the best time to meet and pass over the fob.
