Fibre within the site is provided by Pine Media and is a full FTTP connection, running up to 1gbps upload/download. We have a server room under the Granary, and each flat is already pre-setup with an ethernet port that links up to their service directly.
The recommendation is always to use this service, as the price is typically the same/cheaper than other connections with a much better speed.
You are free to choose whichever provider you want, but pre-connected Fibre is provided by Pine only.
1. You can sign up at https://pinemedia.net/ for the package you like.
2. You can use your own router or theirs.
Find the ethernet port - this could be anywhere in your flat. Plug in the router.
If you use your own router, Pine will provided a PPPoE login and password. You will need to enter that into your router settings.
