Requesting Parking Access

1. Before you start:

• Confirm the registration number of their vehicle(s).

• Confirm the date(s) they will need access.

• Must be at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, this is best endeavours & may not be granted.

2. Email Omnia HelpDesk (helpdesk@omniapropertygroup.com), stating:

• Their registration number.

• The dates they need access.

3. Concierge or directors will register the vehicle and the dates.  

• Email confirmation sent to you that temporary parking has been granted. 

• Email will include the spot to park in - likely space 36 from the Summerfield Street entrance or the turning circle (image below).

• If it is a busy day where spots are contested, it may be refused.

• In this case, they will need to park off site a few minutes away.
